Is the free plan really free?
Yes — 100 assessments every month, every month, with no credit card required. It's a real plan for real sites, not a seven-day teaser.
Do I need to write questions or results?
No. B5Tools provides an adapted Mini-IPIP questionnaire, hosted scoring, and personality type results. Choose where the assessment appears on your site; the questions and results are supplied.
Will it work with my theme or page builder?
Yes. The assessment renders inside contained styles that don't leak into (or inherit breakage from) your theme, and the shortcode works anywhere shortcodes do — including Elementor and other builders.
What about GDPR and visitor privacy?
Raw answers are never stored on our platform or your server. Analytics are aggregate and metadata-only, progress lives in the visitor's browser, and a DPA is available for operators who need one.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
New assessments pause until your quota resets or you upgrade — there are no overage charges and no surprise invoices.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe and you can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard whenever you like.
